Spoken word collages culled from late-night YouTube sessions and archival interviews sit on shapeshifting blends of IDM, shoegaze, free jazz, club music, trap, and breakcore. Rhythms and melodies are crafted from real instruments, industrial machinery, analogue jams, and experiments with studio science: “I’ve found a way to integrate the heartbeat with an 808 as a kind of pulse underlying the last two tracks, a sort of human-machine hybrid, or tuned heart…”
